Mel leads this responsibility for all our offices across Australia, drawing upon her more than 20 years’ experience to pull everything together.

When she’s not designing new office layouts or looking after her team, you’ll find Mel rummaging through antique stores to find that one special item to add to her collection. She’s also a keen fan of live music counting Ben Harper’s two and a half hour set at Bluesfest and her first ever concert, KISS, as two of the most memorable of many concerts she’s seen.
