Grant Thornton Office Fit-out - Perth

With a reputation for excellence in advice and service, leading Australian business advisors Grant Thornton wanted a new office in Central Park—a 51-storey landmark in Perth's CBD. They brought in our team to fit out the 1,800 square metre (19,375 square foot) space.

Providing one consultant to liaise closely with the client, we fast-tracked the briefing process to obtain a thorough understanding of the brand, aesthetic, and office layout requirements. Looking to achieve an industrial aesthetic with exposed services, we worked with the contractor to ensure existing services were neatly tied up while making good use of the raised floor to reticulate power and communication facilities to workstations and meeting rooms. To integrate amenities without compromising the base building services, we worked with the building manager and assisted the client through a change management process—from a standard office to agile office setup for 100-150 staff.

Outfitting a new and agile office space within a pre-existing building allowed the client to offer their staff and clients a refreshed and engaging experience without having to build a completely new space.
