Equity is about fair access and opportunity. It means creating an inclusive workplace where our policies and practices empower everyone to have opportunity to succeed while acknowledging and considering different needs and barriers. The inclusive workplace enhances psychological safety and improves wellbeing by encouraging all individuals to celebrate their identity and unique voice.

Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) councils

We have numerous IDE Councils across our global organization. They each have one important job: to fulfill our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity strategy. Through dialogue, research, and action, each council drives the creation of practices, goals, and objectives to help us achieve a workplace culture where every individual feels welcome and valued and achieves their potential.

Employee resource groups

An employee resource group (ERG) focuses on a diversity affinity. Its members work together to support each other and find solutions to achieve a genuinely inclusive workplace and a diverse workforce. ERGs are open to everyone.
