Stantec¡¯s Business Practice Leader Francisco Tesi has 17 years of international experience in hydropower design. Francisco works as Â鶹´«Ã½¡¯s project coordinator for the Diamer Basha Dam and Mohmand Dam in Pakistan. He explains that ¡°The most fulfilling aspect of my work is sitting next to local colleagues and their communities throughout the execution of challenging projects and being part of the change for a cleaner and sustainable future¡±.
