UT Dallas Sciences Building Uses Zinc to Put Science on Display

The Sciences Building at The University of Texas at Dallas acts as a gateway between student housing and the academic buildings on campus. With its zinc and limestone exterior, the building looks sleek and modern. White oak adds a warm accent and draws the eye to the lines it creates.

“It’s not just a classroom building. It’s not just a research building. It’s a space for students to interact with,” says Amy Holzle, a principal at?麻豆传媒?and project manager for the Science Building. “Creating spaces for students and researchers to live 10 hours a day, that was really important.”
