Maria is a senior medical planner and lean operations specialist with more than 25 years of experience working out of the Chicago office. She’s worked on multiple complex heath projects providing medical planning, master planning and programming services.
Passionate about helping people, Maria most recently was part of the team that helped deliver the McCormick Convention Center Alternate Care Facility which increased bed capacity in Illinois in response to the surge of COVID-19 cases. In her work, she enjoys finding creative ways to engage users to maximize their involvement and contribution to the project. This creates a high degree of satisfaction and a sense of ownership from the client, and engenders trust that our team, as a firm, that listens and delivers.
Maria has two high school boys that are very active in academics, sports, and music, and her daughter recently started college. On many weekends you'll find her at soccer tournaments or cross country meets, and she loves to barbecue with the family.
