Dr. Naji is the country manager for Bahrain and Kuwait, responsible for directing operational activities, client relationships, and business development. He brings extensive experience in program management for mega infrastructure programs from early project development stages, project identification, and master planning, through to different phases of design and construction.
During his career, Naji has partnered with both private and public clients as well as funding agencies and international development banks. He is a chartered civil engineer, member of the Institute of Civil Engineers in the United Kingdom, project management professional (PMP), member of the Project Management Institute, and holds a PhD in management and water resources. Naji takes pride in the successful delivery of a spectrum of iconic multi-billion USD programs and projects in more than 15 countries across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
In his free time, Naji enjoys reading, walking, swimming, playing tennis and chess, and traveling.
