For over 35 years, Clay has worked in the environmental and energy sectors, gaining experience in engineering, emissions control, renewable energy, process design, project execution, and business leadership.
Over the course of his career, Clay has supported numerous large international projects across six continents. He appreciates the impact our work has on the world—both close to home and far away. Clay has also supported his team in delivering some of the largest and most iconic engineering projects in the world such as the Panama Canal third set of locks and hydropower projects across the globe.
Today, Clay is focused on providing clean and reliable energy and sustainable and economic solutions that minimize impacts to the environment and surrounding communities. He’s committed to helping our clients navigate the energy transition by leading a team that brings industry experience that can save millions, cut waste, lower emissions, increase energy production, and improve health and safety.
