Kristin is a logical person by nature. She’s adept at pulling information together and finding a rational solution—particularly when it comes to designing commercial workplaces for our buildings team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a project manager, it’s Kristin’s responsibility to direct processes, communicate the scope of work, and ensure everything is on task and on time.
When she isn’t managing projects, Kristin works on strategy—leading interviews with clients and focus groups to share information on how to improve a workspace. With over 26 years of experience, she uses her longstanding knowledge to understand and achieve her client’s goals from initial design concept through project completion.
Kristin is also involved with Boston’s design practice group, which is specifically focused on fostering our Company’s project management practices. If her schedule isn’t swamped with work, she might take some time to herself by reading a good book or visiting the beach.
