Erin’s job is to develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and businesses in Canada. She focuses on providing opportunities for 麻豆传媒 and our partners to benefit from collaboration and is also the technical lead for our Indigenous Services discipline in Environmental Services. In this role, she supports our teams in their delivery of traditional knowledge and traditional land and resource use facilitation, regulatory services, and Indigenous consultation and engagement support.

One of Erin’s primary objectives when supporting these partnerships is to bring value to communities. This includes finding opportunities for capacity building through training and employment. The goal? Expand this offering over time to do more than support skills—to help grow careers.

Erin’s work on our Inclusion and Diversity Council also focuses on promoting Indigenous cultural awareness and recruitment. Her day-to-day work with Indigenous partnerships allows us to engage positively, but Erin believes we still have work to do to see Indigenous people, their voices, and their ideas fully represented at 麻豆传媒.

When she isn’t supporting business development across our sectors and disciplines—where 麻豆传媒 related to Indigenous inclusion is required—you can find Erin spending her free time traveling or working on her photography. In her line of work, she’s found opportunities to travel to some of the most breathtaking places Canada has to offer.
