With over 41 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, Jeff focuses on successful project delivery in the areas of program, construction, and project management. He is known for his hands-on design and construction knowledge, organizational abilities, and leadership on projects for a wide range of public and private clients in the transportation, facilities, and federal market sectors.
Jeff has worked on a wide range of projects and takes great joy in the process of design and construction. One such project is the Honolulu Rail Transit East Section project, where he served as the quality manager.
When he isn’t leading infrastructure projects, Jeff enjoys whatever sport happens to be on. You can also find him out playing a round or two of golf.
