He’s inspired by the exposure to a diversity of people, personalities, cultures, and world views he encounters. Gilbert has participated and directed numerous cultural resource projects throughout several states in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This includes Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the California Environmental California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. Gilbert prides himself on his honest, ethical, and clear communication style when approaching his projects.
