As a natural resource economist and practice lead for the Economics group within our Management and Technology (MTC) Consulting practice, Susan is committed to helping her clients steward the resources and capital under their management. Resources and capital are scarce, whether the capital is natural capital, social capital, human capital, or economic capital.
Susan distinguishes herself as an economist by working within an architectural and engineering firm as opposed to working for a boutique economics-only consulting firm. As a result, she’s experienced at working across disciplines and communicating about the economic aspects of a project in plain English, not jargon. Helping clients make informed resource investment decisions is central to her work. She is responsible for strategic planning, business development, project execution, and revenue growth of the MTC group.?
Outside of her passion for resource economics, Susan also enjoys the outdoors on family ski trips and hikes. She’s also recently been bitten by the pickleball bug and devotes more time to playing than she should.
