As a vice president and sector leader of Management and Technology, Andrew helps lead operations and business development activities for the group. Andrew and his team provide the financial planning, funding, economic, asset management, and technology solutions to support local government services.
Recognized as an industry leader, Andrew has assisted communities in various regulatory and legal proceedings in multiple states and territories. He’s an active member of the American Water Works Association, and he’s also an author and presenter for various organizations throughout the United States. Andrew’s passion for helping local governments tackle complex challenges and transition to new technologies directly contributes to life-sustaining infrastructure for his clients’ communities. With his capacity to function as an extended member of his clients’ staff, Andrew helps them to make critical decisions and implement changes that have a lasting impact.
While he enjoys golfing and dining in Tampa Bay, Andrew treasures the time he spends with his wife and their two sons across a wide range of sports and outdoor activities.
