Math was Dominika’s favorite subject in school, and she thought going into the architectural field was a practical way to use her skills. Now, she’s been with us for almost two decades—she started in architecture and worked on healthcare and commercial projects.
Dominika found her stride in organizing, managing, and scheduling projects. Joining our Capital Planning and Operational Readiness team, she put her talents to work. She’s driven by the opportunity to help clients organize and manage their projects to achieve successful outcomes. She helped deliver the Walmart Corget program, converting 37 Zellers stores to open as Walmart stores within 13 months, a phenomenal feat and a career highlight.
When she’s not enjoying project planning and scheduling, Dominika supports her daughter in cheerleading. She spends most weekends at competitions or other events, but when a weekend comes free, she likes to get away from the city.
