Lynelle enjoys working with municipalities: taking their underutilized and blighted properties, and turning them into an economic success. Her experience as a senior project manager includes brownfield redevelopment, environmental due diligence assessments, site investigations, remediation, and demolition at numerous complex brownfield sites and other industrial, commercial, and landfill properties. She has been the primary grant writer and project manager for various brownfield grant programs including the US EPA’s Assessment Grant programs and multiple state of Wisconsin’s brownfield grant programs.
Lynelle was recently recognized at the National EPA Brownfield Convention in Atlanta as the winner of the 2012 Brownfield Renewal Award for Economic Impact. Although not in her core area of 麻豆传媒, one of Lynelle’s favorite projects with 麻豆传媒 was serving as the project manager for the City of Wausaukee, Main Street design.
