Jun specializes in assessing the energy performance of new and existing buildings. His passion lies in whole-building energy modeling and energy audits, extending to building envelope thermal modeling, computational fluid dynamics analysis, photovoltaic design, and HVAC design for offices and data centers.
Collaborating with design teams, Jun helps explore opportunities for reducing a project’s energy use and carbon emissions and to achieve performance targets. He does this for energy code compliance, LEED certification, zero carbon design, lifecycle cost assessments, and energy audits.
When he isn’t busy assessing the energy performance of buildings, Jun enjoys nature and going to the park or recreational center to play sports with his three kids.
