Diane has 38 years of professional planning experience in managing development activities, regulations, site design, and land use planning. Her experience includes strategic management of large scale land holdings requiring comprehensive planning approaches to establish 20+ year build-out scenarios under Florida’s Development of Regional Impact and Sector Plan growth management legislation.
She has significant experience and is a recognized industry leader in the permitting of developments of regional impacts, comprehensive plan amendments, planned unit developments and rezonings for residential, office, retail, industrial, and mixed use projects.
Diane was instrumental in the development of Lakewood Ranch, overseeing entitlement applications and permitting for nearly 11,000 acres of mixed use development that promotes a balance of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
