Santosh spearheads the Buildings group in our Pune office. His dynamic role involves shaping growth strategies, optimizing operations, and driving team performance. He thrives on leading integrated global working initiatives, expanding technical services, and fostering collaboration across regional offices—successfully leading large teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects.
With almost two decades of diverse engineering experience, Santosh has a demonstrated knowledge in structural engineering, project management, marketing, and operations management. He holds chartered structural engineering credentials for New Zealand, is a registered professional engineer in Queensland (RPEQ), Australia, and is a chartered structural member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
As the business line lead, Santosh has a passion for integrating our India Global Design Center with our regional offices. Beyond his professional commitments, he seeks to learn more about global cultures and is an avid reader.
