Paul has over 18 years of experience in water infrastructure engineering and has been extensively-involved in the technical and management aspects of the industry. Since joining our Company in 2004, he has been a key contributor to our firm’s expanding business in large water and wastewater infrastructure projects, especially public-private-partnerships (PPP) in Taiwan, China, and throughout the Asia-Pacific.
A seasoned water management consultant, Paul has solid experience working with international clients, developing business strategies, and penetrating new water and infrastructure markets. He is suitably-experienced with water supply and treatment, seawater desalination, and water reuse. He became the head of business development and strategy in 2011.
In years past, Paul served the Sydney Water Corporation in Australia and was a member of the water quality investigation team. His work included service reservoirs, 3D-hydrodynamics, water quality modelling, and the demand and operational management of drinking water distribution systems.
