Photo of Amber

With more than 12 years of experience as a licensed soil scientist and professional wetland scientist, Amber will be the first to tell you that she knows a lot about dirt. She uses this knowledge to assist 麻豆传媒’s clients including, various Departments of Transportation, municipalities, and private developers with stream and wetland restoration, watershed planning, environmental permitting, and GIS development and implementation.

Over the past five years, Amber has worked with the NC Ecosystem Enhancement Program to monitor stream and wetland restoration projects across eastern North Carolina. Amber finds the projects very rewarding because she gets to watch from year to year as sites flourish into bustling habitats for many different kinds of animals and plants.

When Amber isn’t at the office, she is taking advantage of living in the state capital by visiting her favorite museums—The North Carolina Museum of Natural Science and the North Carolina Museum of Art—or taking her daughter to a local playground, always with a camera in hand.
