Simon is a civil engineer with over three decades of experience in business and operations management, programme and project management, potable water, wastewater, and infrastructure design.
Known for his strong leadership and communication skills, Simon has a proven record of successful project delivery. He’s had the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom, Europe, United States and Middle East. Today, Simon serves as the operations director for our North and Scotland Water teams and Community Development business and has the responsibility for financial performance, delivery of the growth strategy/targets for the business, office management, and the recruitment and resourcing required to meet our client’s requirements.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys watching most sports, especially football and rugby, and regularly plays five-a-side football. He is also a keen cyclist and regularly commutes to the office on his bike. Simon also enjoys pottering in the garden and finds this a great way to relax.
