With a talent for weaving creative approaches into challenging technical projects, Fred has designed and delivered corporate, commercial, cultural, education, and residential development projects. Based in the Los Angeles area, his diverse spectrum of work has included both urban and suburban development projects as well as campus-oriented work for clients ranging from biotech to entertainment studios, to universities, to museums.
As a LEED AP, Fred is passionate about creative and innovative design approaches that align with client goals while producing long lasting sustainable environments. Some notable projects of his include managing civil engineering and construction support services for various assignments at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles and for Sony Picture Studios in Culver City.
Fred enjoys spending time at camp in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with a focus on family, fishing, hiking, and good food. He is also involved with fastpitch softball, giving players from surrounding communities opportunities for college recruitment and scholarship funding.
