Dave has over 30 years of airport experience. He’s specialized in airfield design and construction administration activities, including construction phasing and implementation plans. Dave and his team service a wide range of clients, from small general aviation airfields to large commercial service airports throughout North America. They also have a wide range of experience with military airfields.
The infrastructure team’s projects have involved nearly every aspect of aviation planning, engineering design, engineering research, environmental permitting, and construction administration and oversight. Dave and his team look beyond the technical aspects of every project to understand how to design and implement a solution that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
A critical component of any airport project is the safety and security of the airport and traveling public. Dave and his team develop intricate phasing and implementation plans—well-coordinated documents that allow for maximum contractor production rates with minimal impacts to airport operations and no compromise to airport safety and security. Safety and security is always a priority. Much of Dave’s passion for his career is the close interaction with his clients and staff alike. It’s how he delivers challenging airport projects to the satisfaction of airport users and stakeholders.
Dave and his team are located in offices throughout North America. They’ve completed high-profile projects from the Caribbean to the arctic circle, and many locations in between. Beyond the office, Dave is an avid skier and bicyclist and enjoys spending his time both at the seashore and in the mountains of Maine.
