Helping clients with asset management and getting the best value for their limited budgets is a challenge Kelvin takes to heart. He has performed bridge inspections through to bridge asset management through his career.
Kelvin’s more recent projects include owners engineer for the city of Saskatoon’s Victoria Avenue traffic bridge Replacement—as an iconic bridge, community buy-in was paramount. Working with the client, Kelvin and the team utilized the design build maintain process and salvaged the existing infrastructure to maintain the history. These kinds of projects are what make Kelvin love his job.?
