Richard is a professional engineer with experience in the design and management of linear transportation infrastructure including highway, bridge, transit, and rail projects. A client focused project manager, Richard has specialized over the last 10 years working with contractors on Design-Build and P3 projects in progressively larger roles. He has developed into an experienced and respected project manager in the Canadian alternative delivery space.
In his current role, Richard is responsible for the design efforts on all phases of P3 projects, including staff planning, project management tool development, business development, and leading the RFQ, RFP, design and construction support phases. In addition to a broad technical background, Richard has managed all aspects of the project including contract negotiations, budget forecasting and change management.
