Aaron is passionate about designing and implementing nature-based solutions rooted in the ecological principles of natural communities. His lifelong interest in natural history fuels his career and personal focus on improving biodiversity and other ecosystem services for the benefit of nature and our communities.
With a broad multidisciplinary background and experience managing the full life cycle of ecosystem restoration projects, Aaron delivers site-specific and practical solutions based on conservation and regulatory-driven goals in natural and built environments. In addition to his technical work, he also helps manage our ecosystem restoration practice, collaborating with our implementation and construction teams.
When he isn’t busy restoring ecosystems, Aaron spends time with his family and volunteering for a conservation non-profit. His hobbies include fishing, woodworking, and hiking.
