When Jerry says he works with communities to improve their infrastructure, he means it. With over 32 years working on municipal water and transportation projects, he has seen and done just about everything, from analysis, planning, and design of sewer and stormwater systems, to combined sewer overflow and infiltration/inflow studies, to assessing and designing drainage and stormwater management for highways and bridge culverts.
Jerry has experience in nearly all facets of municipal projects, including project management, production of contract documents, specifications and cost estimates, managing regulatory permitting, drafting reports and serving as a community liaison.
