Justin specializes in regulatory permitting and compliance, wetland identification and assessment, and multidisciplinary natural resource assessment. He has substantial experience working with state and federal regulatory agencies and has environmental consulting experience as both a lead field scientist and project manager.
Justin has developed an understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of environmental projects during his 15 years of experience and works directly with the client to help them solve any regulatory issues. His experience includes development of alternatives to minimize environmental impact; coordination with regulatory agency personnel; analyses involving remote sensing and field surveys; and development of environmental mitigation measures and impact assessment with a focus in wetland ecology and soils.
Justin’s favorite places in his community are the UW Union Terrace along Lake Mendota and visiting the Madison Farmer’s Market.
