Chris brings over nine years of design experience to the projects he manages. Because he lives where he works, he’s highly sensitive to client needs and project effects on the community. Whether it’s designing new culverts to alleviate neighborhood flooding or downtown revitalization encouraging pedestrian, bicycle and transit use, Chris’ projects reflect his belief in open communication, knowledge of the community, and commitment to quality.

Among the projects Chris has worked on is the highly visible Waterbury Bridges—we redesigned the interchange involving three aging bridges carrying I-89, the major roadway for residents and visitors to Waterbury and Stowe. Traffic control was complex, with four different crossovers and the removal of one on-ramp. For this project, Chris designed a totally new ramp in two weeks. As he drives by today, his pride is well deserved—the project was built exactly as designed and looks fantastic.

Chris describes himself as a bit of a beer snob and loves checking out new breweries whenever he can. He loves to get out on the lake to fish and relax, and never misses a chance to cheer on his two favorite teams, the Bruins and Bengals.?
