An experienced project technical lead and lead design engineer, Penny has worked for several water companies in the United Kingdom. This includes Thames Water and Southern Water in the asset management, project definition, and capital delivery areas.
Penny has an avid interest in sustainability and is a carbon champion working on Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 2080—she’s committed to helping deliver tangible carbon reductions in projects. Most recently, Penny has been working within the Southern Water asset management team, developing, and embedding new tools in their risk and value process as well as driving and tracking programmes of work through the asset lifecycle process. She’s also been working with operations to prioritise and justify a programme of projects based on their business risk.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys gardening, walking, and various crafts.
