With more than 30 years of experience, Carlos is a project manager and senior design engineer for roadway and drainage improvement projects. He has extensive experience in developing residential, commercial, and highway roadway and drainage plans for municipalities in Miami-Dade County. These include traffic calming, resurfacing and reconstruction plans, drainage design studies and reports, maintenance of traffic, signalization, lighting and signing, and marking plans.
Carlos designed several elements of Altos del Mar Park in Miami Beach, a recreation area located adjacent to public beach access. With resiliency and flood prevention as project objectives, he assisted with the plan layout, geometry, grading, drainage, and water and sewer plans, including permitting.
When he isn’t improving roadways and drainage, Carlos enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and traveling with his wife.
