Paula is a registered professional planner and the environmental team leader for our Transportation team in Ontario West. She also serves as office leader with operational accountability for the London office. Paula works closely with other leaders in the London office and in the Ontario region to encourage connections between business lines, drive employee engagement, and support community engagement activities.
Paula’s experience in the planning field focuses on the coordination of environmental assessments (EA) as well as permitting for a range of infrastructure projects across Ontario. She’s passionate about collaboration, communicating with clients, managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams, and working as a team to develop winning proposals. Paula and her environmental specialists use an integrated approach with an understanding of all contributing disciplines, and she has a strong working knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal legislative and regulatory requirements related to EA.
Outside of work, Paula likes to stay active cycling, playing tennis and pickleball, and on the water with her stand-up paddleboard.
