Jason has 23 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering. His experience includes municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, water reuse and seawater desalination treatment planning, and the design, construction management, and supervision on sewer rehabilitation planning and design.
Based on past experience, Jason was chosen to work with the Taiwan government as a construction quality auditor and on the government procurement law review committee. He was invited by CPAMI, Tai-Chung city, Taoyuan city, Tainan city, and the Kaohsiung government to serve as an engineering design reviewer and wastewater treatment plant site auditor.
Jason has led some major ionic projects, including the design and construction supervision of the Taoyuan sewerage BOT project, the planning and contract management of the Fun-San Creek wastewater reuse project, and PCM for the Chang-Hwa sewerage system.
