Scott’s experience includes implementation of traditional design-bid-build projects, as well as strategic development for alternate project delivery methods such as design build and public private partnerships. His wide range of healthcare experience includes a variety of inpatient and outpatient projects such as new ground-up construction for Virtua Health, Humber River Hospital and PinnacleHealth, as well as intricate renovation projects at AtlantiCare and Main Line Health.
In addition to a number of small fit-out projects, Scott has also completed large, complicated commercial assignments such as the 120,000 sf of phased renovation for Deloitte and design services for 400,000 sf for AmeriHealth Caritas at five buildings in two campuses and planning for AmeriHealth Caritas nationally.
