Kim is the technical area coordinator for our Ontario Atmospheric Sciences team and is our representative for the Ontario Air Practitioners group. Her job? She’s responsible for keeping clients up to date with evolving regulatory requirements.
Kim has completed numerous Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) reports for a diverse range of clients including many types of manufacturing and industrial facilities and municipalities. She’s been involved with several short and long-term ambient air monitoring programs for industrial and municipal operations as well as a brownfield remediation project. She also works with industrial clients to obtain approval of Site-Specific Standards as well as develop and implement Action Plans to reduce off-property contaminant concentrations.
Outside of work Kim is a leader with the Girl Guides of Canada and enjoys planning and participating in outings and activities.? Kim has also volunteered as a guest speaker/facilitator within various Girl Guide units to promote science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on experiments and challenges.
