A professional engineer and project manager with over 20 years of land development experience, Nathan leads our Greater Toronto Area Community Development group which includes urban planning, water resources, civil engineering, contract administration, and landscape architecture professionals. His technical knowledge in civil and water resources engineering are supported by a reputation for expediting agency approvals.
On a recent large project in Milton, Ontario, Nathan led a multidisciplinary team by managing both the client and agency interests and facilitating team integration. The results? Maximized development footprint and expedited approvals while both preserving and enhancing the natural environmental features.
Nathan’s involvement in the industry includes being an active member of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) and volunteering on numerous committees and community fundraising initiatives. When he has free time, Nathan is spending it in the great outdoors—with his family at the cottage, fishing on the water, or golfing.
