As a leader in our Client Technology Services practice, Joseph is focused on helping clients maximize the potential of their technology investments so they can meet their business objectives. In this role, he leads client management and team collaboration for projects focused on a variety of engineering disciplines—including transportation, water, and oil and gas.
His work spans technology consulting, management of enterprise geographic information system (GIS) development, and management of custom software development. Joseph is driven by a passion for emerging technology applications and leveraging those tools to produce technology solutions that ultimately better serve our communities.
When he’s not immersed in exploring ways that advanced technology can enhance the performance of our built environment, Joseph enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also dedicates time to staying active through fly fishing and serving as an assistant high school varsity basketball coach.
