With over 25 years of experience, Emma has managed various types of projects and served as an owner’s representative within multiple industries. She enjoys working with internal and external partners to access, prioritize, develop, and expand collaborative partnerships.
Emma has assisted clients with their organizations’ strategic planning and operational structure, expansion of their portfolios, and reorganization of existing departments. She also helps with the identification and introduction of new and expanded services as well as geographical expansion, which support the overall mission, vision, values and strategic direction of the client.
When she isn’t managing projects, Emma enjoys attending and competing in equestrian competitions, traveling with her husband, hiking with her dogs, and sailing with her parents.
