Drawing on more than four decades of experience, Phil works in the design, permitting, and construction administration of civil engineering projects—from transportation, infrastructure, and education to residential and commercial development. Supporting landscape architects in their parks, trails, and recreation projects, he takes great pride in seeing the impact of thoughtful design around New Haven and in the tristate area.
With a special interest in green infrastructure, Phil is passionate about developing new solutions to old problems where infrastructure can play a vital role in creating a sustainable future. He prioritizes seeking out new and innovative ways to achieve this goal. Whether it’s a large transportation project or a small site development, he’s driven by meeting the client’s goals and needs in a cost-effective manner.
When he isn’t providing innovative design solutions, Philip enjoys playing golf and traveling in Europe.
