A nationally recognized highway traffic noise expert, Paul is a program and project manager with over three decades of experience managing infrastructure projects. He specializes in analyzing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations for compliance and policy development. He believes our infrastructure assets are the economic engine that makes the commonwealth thrive and that his work in the transportation industry helps to develop, enhance, and make our roadways safer.
Currently, Paul is helping lead the growth of our roadway design and planning disciplines within Virginia. He’s a sales manager for our US Mid-Atlantic region and business development leader for our Virginia Transportation group. He focuses on the health of our projects, effectiveness of sales, and supporting other business developers.
When he isn’t seeking out opportunities to grow our Transportation group, Paul and his wife enjoy training and working their German Wirehaired Pointers as well as entertaining friends outdoors and cooking.
