Brock brings almost 30 years of proven project experience in infrastructure operations, business development, and project management. He oversees all aspects of market growth and development of our US Transportation group from roadways and bridges to transit and rail, airport infrastructure, and ports marine facilities.
Drawing on his strong project leadership background, Brock has been involved in numerous contracts and projects with clients across the US. His infrastructure portfolio includes feasibility studies, transportation plans, alternatives analyses, and environmental impact statements for rail, transit, and highway and bridge projects. Brock has an in-depth understanding of federal regulations that includes Federal Transit Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Highway Administration, and National Environmental Policy Act regulations. He’s also adept at generating consensus among multiple and varied interested parties.
When he isn’t busy fostering the growth and development of our US Transportation group, Brock enjoys running and is an avid football fan—go Bills!
