With three decades of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, Richard specializes in compliance assurance, auditing, life safety, waste management, and facility decommissioning. He leads an HSE compliance assurance program serving industrial and commercial clients with HSE facility audits and hazard assessments in numerous states.
Richard has led evaluations of regulatory environmental and life safety permit requirements, the development of environmental impact statements, and the crafting of permit applications for air, industrial wastewater treatment, and industrial facility storm water discharges. When not assisting clients with compliance assurance, he serves as the project technical lead for a portfolio of facility decommissioning projects.
Richard’s hobbies include playing and coaching ice hockey, boating on the Mohawk River, and any other outdoor activity. He installs recreation trails on a volunteer basis as a certified trail builder.
