In his 22 years of business leadership and engineering, Brian has worked primarily in the mining industry including several years of hands-on work in structural engineering and design on world class projects. Motivation and long-term success are created by purpose, clear goals, and clear expectations—that’s Brian’s management philosophy.
Client focus is a top priority for Brian. He understands that everything in mining is global and although he primarily works in Canada he gets to work with clients all around the world. Brian focuses on being adaptable to the client’s needs and delivering quality designs. His drive to cultivate that atmosphere for others is what keeps him seeking leadership opportunities in his career.
Brian loves to camp, hike, fish, and hunt. Though when he’s not leading our teams or enjoying nature with his wife and two kids, he’s most likely got a guitar in hand. And after 30 years of practice, he’s probably pretty good.
