Food has always fascinated Brian, from the basic human need to how small ingredients and styles can change it completely. As a process designer in our Food and Beverage group, he translates this into a focused dedication to improving his clients’ processes and facilities. He also has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry where he developed strong technical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Brian provides process design, commissioning support, research and design partnership, vendor and client management, regulatory compliance, and value engineering services. He is skilled at process flow mapping, specifications of equipment, and onsite management of assembly.
Brian’s fascination with food extends into his off hours as well. A big chili fan, he loves to experiment with different recipes. He also enjoys New England through all four seasons and participating in endurance sports. Recent parenthood also keeps him moving in new and exciting ways.
