Experienced in program and project management, project controls, and business process, Melissa develops and implements best practice processes for many types of contracts and delivery methods. She has traveled the globe providing customized program controls and risk management implementations and training.
Melissa has served as program controls manager for seven capital improvement programs, totaling nearly $4 billion in value. She most recently assisted with mobilization of the City of Baton Rouge’s MOVEBR program—comprised of 90+ projects, 40+ new capacity improvements, and 50+ corridor and mobility enhancements—by implementing standard controls tools and best practices to monitor schedules and costs. She is also a certified trainer and implementation specialist for many project information systems and can design custom training and deployments to meet organizational needs.
Outside of work, Melissa can be found spending time with her husband, cheering on her college football team, iron chefing in her kitchen, or catching the latest episode of the Mandalorian.
