Having worked in more than 20 countries, Pat has a cross cultural sensitivity and approach to design. Over the past 35 years, he has acquired experience in international planning and design, transit facilities, public facilities, office buildings, and corporate office interiors. His primary role is overseeing project development and execution.
A tenacious leader who thrives on developing creative solutions to complex design challenges, Pat has played a key role in award-winning Los Angeles projects such as the LA Metro Division 13 Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility, LAPD Valley Bureau Headquarters, and the LA Metro Division 14 Expo Rail Operations and Maintenance Facility.
Outside the office, Pat is all about family and community. He enjoys working outdoors and is active in church missions, having recently traveled to Swaziland to help build schools and churches. A frequent traveler, Pat has backpacked around Europe, explored Easter Island, climbed Machu Picchu, and driven through Ireland and Scotland.
