Jill is a senior principal in the Energy group serving as business center quality and risk manager. She is focused on minimizing risk and maximizing quality from proposal to project implementation. She is passionate about creating efficiencies in project execution. Jill also serves as account sponsor for one of our largest California clients, where she oversees contracts, builds relationships, and bridges gaps to solve problems.
Much of her experience stems from managing multidisciplinary engineering and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing programs from early strategy through implementation. Jill’s experience includes program, project, and contract management on a variety of hydropower and water resources, projects, including pumped storage, FERC licensing and implementation, facilitation, and streamlined environmental and engineering permitting.
As a transplant from the Midwest, Jill enjoys “researching” recreational opportunities on California waterways with her family while surfing and wakeboarding.
