Frank is an Account Director whose more than 30 years’ experience includes project management and consulting in both the public and private sectors for civil engineering and construction projects. He leads our Scape Consultancy Perfect Circle Framework, delivering a full range of consultancy services for the built environment and infrastructure needs of the public sector.
An empathetic and passionate leader, he is energised by developing meaningful collaborative relationships with internal and external customers in every interaction, to deliver successful outcomes for all. With an eye to maintaining a high level of quality service, Frank is dedicated to supporting and mentoring new talent into the industry. Along with vast experience Frank has numerous accreditations including NEC4 ECC (New Engineering Contract) (Engineering & Construction Contract) and holds a Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, reading, swimming, and gardening.
