Ryan is a vice president and water resources practice leader based in Austin, Texas. He has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive planning for strategic, large-scale water resources programs throughout the western US from Texas to California.
As an expert in water resources planning and management, Ryan supports defensible and innovative client decision-making on water resources policies and projects driven by the need for adaptation to changing water management priorities influenced by factors such as growth water use demands, reductions in water supply availability, resource protection regulations, climate change, and response to natural disasters or infrastructure failure. Ryan has extensive experience coordinating? diverse project teams and integrating multidisciplinary studies for program-level water resources planning with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
Ryan also spends downtime on the water—he loves to kayak, waterski, fish, and explore or float local rivers with his four sons.
